Batman Arkham Knight will be re-released for Windows PC on Oct 28th

After months of being pulled from Steam, the highly anticipated Batman Arkham Knight game will finally be made available to those of you who game on Windows 10 (or Windows 8.1). According to an announcement on Steam, Batman Arkham Knight will be re-released for the PC platform on October 28th.

At 10 am PDT, Oct. 28th, Batman: Arkham Knight will be re-released for the PC platform. At the same time we’ll also be releasing a patch that brings the PC version fully up-to-date with content that has been released for console (with the exception of console exclusives). This means that next week, all PC players will have access to Photo Mode, Big Head Mode, Batman: Arkham Asylum Batman Skin, and character selection in combat AR challenges.

Some of you may recall that Batman Arkham Knight arrived to much fanfare in late June only for PC sales to be suspended from Steam a few days later due it suffering from a multitude of bugs. One of the main issues with the game was that it was limited to 30 frames per second no matter how powerful the hardware it was running on. It was a thoroughly incompetent effort for what should have arguably been a kick ass experience. Regardless, the game is set for release October 28th.
