Are you interested in a job creating more Windows experiences with the Microsoft HoloLens?

It appears that Microsoft is looking to expand their HoloLens technology to Windows 10 and beyond. Microsoft is currently hiring a “Principal Software Engineer” to join an already growing team of other experts to expand HoloLens across Xbox One, Surface Hub, Windows Phones, tablets, and all other Windows hardware. As many of us have already witnessed, the Microsoft HoloLens showed the world what is possible with holographic computing technology.

Now, Microsoft just needs to find ways of implementing the HoloLens across all Windows technologies and hardware to create an unforgettable consumer experience in order to be successful. Microsoft aims to attract the best and the brightest and just the thought of working on the HoloLens day-to-day would be an amazing experience and a dream job come true.

“The era of holographic computing is here.   We are creating the world’s most advanced holographic computing platform, enabled by Windows 10. Our products incorporate ground-breaking technologies from the Holographic Processing Unit (HPU), to computer vision, machine learning, human-computer interaction, image and video processing, audio, speech recognition, networking and graphics. We bring these technologies to all Windows devices including the Internet of Things (IoT), phones, tablets, phones, desktops, Xbox, Surface Hub, and Microsoft HoloLens – enabling users to place holograms right into our world, right into our lives, with more reality than ever before.”
