Apple has just put up the sixth beta version of its new operating system for the iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch devices. iOS 5 Beta 5 build 9A5302b is now available over the air, just like the previous two beta builds.

This new iOS 5 Beta 6 is a hefty 144MB and comes alongside other beta releases from Apple. iTunes 105 beta 6, Apple TV Software beta 5, iWork for iOS beta 2, and Xcode 4.2 and iOS 5 SDK beta 6 are also available.

iOS 5 is slated to have over 200 new features such as a new notification system, better Twitter integration, iCloud support, improved camera, Newsstand for reading magazines and newspapers on the home screen, location-based reminders app, over-the-air software updates, iMessages, improved Safari, improved Game Center, WiFi syncing, and more.

Apple recently went live with its iCloud website, which is set to be the company’s big cloud-based services push. The website is currently in beta and is apparently only available to those who have an existing MobileMe account on a OSX machine.
