Apple Music and Apple TV apps for Windows are now available in preview in the Microsoft Store, as reported by The Verge. These are expected to replace iTunes and the Apple TV web player on Windows, respectively, and should be more closely approximate the media experience on macOS.
Also now available for Windows is the Apple Devices app, which allows users to manage various Apple devices on Windows machines. Among these “various Apple devices” could be the mixed-reality headset from Apple. The code names “xrOS” and “Reality OS” which have been used in reference to the forthcoming mixed-reality device were found in Apple Devices code.
