Windows 10 build 14278 leaks online from internal development branch

Windows 10 build 14278 has leaked onto the web today, and although this build is older than the build released to Insiders last week, it appears 14278 is from a different development branch. This build is from development branch RS1, an internal branch which may have more features checked in for testing.

WinBeta is yet to confirm if any new changes are present in today’s leak. The leak originates from a source in China, and the build itself is a x86 leak. As always, since this is an unofficial release, we advise you steer clear from downloading and installing this build as it could cause issues with your machine.
