Assassin’s Creed Mirage is set to release on October 12 this year as the newest installment of the popular franchise. The title promises a return to the series’ more stealth-oriented roots after an action-roleplaying departure for the last few Assassin’s Creed games.
For those who are unaware, the series features a sci-fi VR tech called the “Animus” in which game characters relive the exploits of their ancestors vicariously.

But now, this is about to be taken one step further thanks to OWO, a haptic gaming technology company whose game portfolio includes Fortnite, Among Us, Halo Infinite and more. Ubisoft has partnered with OWO to bundle a haptic shirt with Assassin’s Creed Mirage Edition. According to OWO’s post,
Using the OWO System, you will be able to feel your precise movements when you take down your targets. But beware! They are out to get you. Don’t let your enemies get too close or you will feel the consequences.
The Assassin’s Creed Mirage Edition will include the following.
- OWO skin
- OWO device
- x20 gel pads
- Charging cable
- Storage pouch
- Game code
Users can download the OWO mobile app to calibrate the haptic shirt. No price point has been announced for the bundle as of yet.
Assassin’s Creed Mirage (including the Mirage Edition) will be available for PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Series X|S and PC.
