Windows 10 reaches the 1 billion monthly active users mark
This month saw WIndows 10 cross the 1 billion monthly active users mark. Originally hoped to hit 1 billion in 2018, Microsoft is running a bit behind, but nonetheless has reached its milestone.
Microsoft will continue support for some Windows 10 1709 versions until October
Due to the time needed to prepare for an update within an organisation, and the growing Coronavirus outbreak, Microsoft has extended support for some Windows 1709 versions by an additional 6 months, to October 2020.
We are delaying the scheduled end of service date for the Enterprise, Education, and IoT Enterprise editions of Windows 10, version 1709 to October 13, 2020. More information here: https://t.co/3lnpeAT7GC.
