Microsoft has just released the Windows 10 Server Insider build 19023 and the Windows 10 SDK build 19023, which follow the release of the Windows 10 20H1 builds 19023 and 19025 last week. The blog post for the new Windows Server build is just a copy of the previous one for the build 19008, and Brandon LeBlanc from the Windows Insider confirmed that there was no new features in this build.
There isn't anything new to note for this build. That's what the team has told me.

The blog post for the new SDK build is also very similar to the previous one: There are no new features to know about, though you can check out the minor API changes if you’re interested. As usual, you can download this new SDK build from the developer section of Microsoft’s Windows Insider website. As for the new Server build, it’s available from the Windows Server Insider Preview download page.
We’re hoping to get a new Windows 10 20H1 preview build this week with more bug fixes, as we’re now in the late stages of development of the next Windows 10 feature update. We’ll let you know as soon as we get more information about the next flight.
