An update is being pushed for Microsoft’s Surface Studio all-in-one desktop PC’s that are running the Windows 10 Fall Creator’s Update. This update includes stability and reliability fixes in areas of the system, such as improvements in Inking as well as reliability enhancements when using a wireless adapter for Xbox controllers. Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows v1.0.45.4 improves reliability of the Xbox Wireless Adapter.
Surface Pen Firmware Update v3.0.7.0 improves ink on hover threshold.
Surface Pen Integration Device v1.0.9.0 improves ink on hover threshold.
Surface UEFI v118.2311.770.0 resolves potential security vulnerabilities, including Microsoft Security Advisory 180012 and 180013.
Surface ME v11.8.50.3448 improves system stability.
Intel(R) Management Engine Interface v11.7.0.1057 improves system stability.
Microsoft’s Surface Studio is an all-in-one desktop computer built especially for artists and creators and is available at the company’s website starting at $2,999. Current owners of the computer can update to the latest firmware by going into Windows Update in the Settings app.
