Starting today, notifications generated from the Google Chrome internet browser will begin appearing within Windows 10’s Action Center instead of their own separate popup according to a tweet by Google’s Peter Beverloo, originally spotted by Thurrott.
We're now rolling out support for native notifications in Chrome 68 using the Windows 10 Action Center—super exciting! Would love to hear your feedback! pic.twitter.com/UIDzaroR9D

This new functionality will be available to users of the latest version of Google Chrome, Version 68, and it’s being slowly rolled out with around 50% of public users now having this ability enabled. According to Beverloo’s other tweets, the rollout should be complete over the course of the next few days or so.
We've enabled it for 50% of stable users, so it might be just a little while longer for you. You can try restarting Chrome every now and then over the next few days, which will help new configuration to take effect.

Having Google Chrome notifications in Windows 10’s Action Center as native notifications means that users will have greater control over them. Windows 10 users will be able to enable or disable them with the Focus Assist settings in addition to being able to deactivate them during certain time windows.
