Microsoft has just pushed out a new cumulative update for Windows Insiders running Windows 10 build 17713. This update bumps the latest build number just a bit up to 17713.1002 and comes with one new known issue.

Per their updated blog post, the primary reason for this latest cumulative update is for Microsoft to test their servicing pipeline before moving the build to the Slow ring. As great as that is, the release also comes with a new known issue where Windows Defender Application Guard will stop working.

Asides from this, it has been a fairly busy day for Windows Insiders. Microsoft also announced today that they’ve re-opened limited enrollment in Skip Ahead, giving some Insiders access to soon-to-come Redstone 6 (19H1) builds.

We’re still waiting for a major new Fast Ring build with new features, but it looks as though Redstone 5 development is now winding down. As the Insider team promised at Build 2018, there might instead be more Slow Ring builds to come soon, but best to keep tuned for more.
