OneNote is considered by many as the best note-taking app for Windows 10, but there are many alternatives available for download in the Microsoft Store. One of those highest rated options is Penbook, an app which normally retails for $9.99 in the store. Well, the note-taking app is now free for the next five days just to celebrate its Windows Developer Awards nomination (via Windows Central)
Penbook takes many features from OneNote, but includes extras like creative stationaries for graph paper, planners, checklists, calendars, and even sheet music. The app even allows you to write on your own photos or PDFs, and also supports the Surface Dial. There’s even a cool feature that lets you add covers to each of your notebooks.
Again, Penbook is only going to be free for the next five days, so be sure to grab it via the link below before it is too late. You can also vote the Penbook developer as App Creator of the year by checking here. Once you’ve downloaded and checked out the app, let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
