Just yesterday, Microsoft’s Terry Myerson revealed that upcoming Windows Insiders builds would include Windows Timeline and a new feature called Sets. We were expecting/hoping that Microsoft to release a build on the same day as this announcement but turns out that there won’t be new builds until the end of this week on Friday at earliest.
#WindowsInsiders: there will not be a new build today or Thursday. We are aiming for Friday at the earliest. In the meantime, you'll want to pressure @brandonleblanc into showing you what he coded for you on his holiday break 😛

Yes, the news is a bit disappointing, but it means that there will be a lot of anticipation heading into the end of the week. Windows Timeline is a very impressive feature, and it was promised that it would be included for all in the upcoming Fast Ring build. Sets may take a few weeks to appear, though it will be A/B tested in “controlled studies” with Windows Insiders, meaning not everyone will see the feature right away.
