Microsoft’s Windows Insider Program has been seeing a lot of participation since launching on October 1st, with over 1 million participants and over 200,000 pieces of feedback. As promised, Microsoft has released a new build of Windows 10 Technical Preview for eager testers.
Windows 10 Technical Preview build 9860 is now available for download. In order to snag this build, you will need to open up the Start menu and search for ‘PC Settings’ or ‘Windows Update.’ Launch either the PC Settings app or the Windows Update Settings app. Select ‘Preview Builds’ on the left side and click ‘Check now’ to snag the newest build.
