Microsoft is releasing another cumulative update for Windows 10 production builds today, which follows a massive Patch Tuesday last week and a previous cumulative update released on Monday (via Neowin). The PC-only update is labeled KB4016635 and bumps the OS to build 14393.970.
Microsoft published the changelog on its support website, but we’re not seeing the update on our machines yet. According to the release notes, the new bits fix an issue that prevented users from installing app updates from the Windows Store, and there is also another fix for a known issue with Internet Explorer 11. You can find all the details below:
- Addressed a known issue with KB4013429 that caused form display issues with CRM 2011 on Internet Explorer 11.
- Addressed the issue with KB4013429 that prevents users from updating apps from Windows Store with 0x80070216 error.
Those of you still running the original version of Windows 10 (1507) should also see the cumulative update KB4016637 today, which will bump the build version to 10240.17320. The changelog for this update only mentions a fix for “a known issue with KB4012606 that caused form display issues with CRM 2011 on Internet Explorer 11.”
