Not too long ago, Microsoft reduced the price of the Surface 2, dropping it by $100. If you reside in the UK, you can also benefit from this offer as well. This time, it’s not Microsoft who is offering the Surface for a £100 discount, but a UK-based retailer Tesco. Tesco is offering the Surface 2 32GB model for £259, while the 64GB model carries a price tag of £339.

This definitely makes the tablet much more appealing. For just £259, you get a 10.6-inch display sporting a 1080p resolution and a 16:9 aspect ratio. There’s a NVIDIA Tegra 4 processor clocked at 1.7GHz under the hood for processing power with 2GB of RAM and 32/64GB storage on board, coupled with a microSD card slot. On the software front, you get Windows RT as the operating system running on the tablet.
