If Microsoft didn’t release a new Windows 10 Insider build last week due to Thanksgiving, the Windows Insider team is finally back to business today. The Windows 10 19H1 build 18290 is now available to download for Skip Ahead Insiders, and it keeps bringing new features following the addition of the new Light Theme in the build 18282.

The main change in the build 18290 is the new Fluent Design touches for menus in Start, which follow the jump list improvements in the previous build. Other highlights in this build include the ability to see at a glance which app is using your microphone, as well as a new landing page in Windows Search. Keep it locked to OnMSFT as we’re going to dive into all the details.
