Htc one m8 for windows

Last week, HTC unveiled the Windows Phone powered version of the flagship Android device, the HTC One M8 for Windows. At the moment, the device is exclusively available from Verizon, but it’s just for a limited time. AT&T has already confirmed it will add the HTC One M8 for Windows to its product portfolio, but it seems the device will launch on Sprint and T-Mobile in the near future as well.

The news came from @upleaks, another leaker which may have taken the spot of the infamous @evleak, and was later confirmed by TK Tech News — it was confirmed by the only one source TK had at T-Mobile. If it turns out to be true, the HTC One M8 will be the one of the first Windows Phone devices to hit all major US carriers.

It’s not just the US, the HTC One M8 is also rumored to launch in the UK in the fourth quarter, possibly alongside other European markets as well.

As a quick recap, you get a 5-inch 1080p display, a quad-core Snapdragon 801 SoC, 2GB of RAM, 32GB storage with a micrcard slot, 4MP UltraPixel camera, 5MP front-facing camera, a 2,600 mAh battery and runs Windows Phone 8.1 Update 1 as its operating system.
