Facebook Beta for Windows Phone 8 geta minor update, fixes some bugs too

Microsoft’s official Facebook app for Windows Phone 8 has received an update today, which is always welcomed. If you enjoy testing out the newest features before they are rolled out to the non-Beta version of the Facebook app, then you will enjoy giving this Beta app a spin.

In this new update, which bumps the version number to 5.2.0.5, Microsoft has simply fixed a few bugs and improved the apps performance. No other details were given and no change log was available at the time of this post. The Facebook Beta app previously received a big update, adding a redesigned Live tile, messaging improvements, and more.

You can download the Facebook Beta app via the link below and have it run alongside the non-Beta app. The Beta app gets the newest fixes and features first, before it rolls out to the non-Beta app. Let us know if you notice any improvements or new features in the comment section below.

If you don’t see the update right away, give it some time!

Thanks to all who sent this in!
