Today at the Windows Developer Day online event, Microsoft Developer VP Kevin Gallo announced that all developer documentation is now available at docs.microsoft.com.

The change brings all developer documentation under one URL, making it easier for developers to find documentation, and also introduces the ability for developers to contribute to the documentation:

Microsoft also announced that the Windows 10 Creators Update SDK is now feature complete, adding over 1,000 new updates to the platform, according to Gallo.
\
Telerik also announced during the keynote that their Telerik UI for UWP tools are now open source and free for developers to use, you can learn more at Telerik.com/UWP.
