How to increase text size on your Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL

If you are new to Windows 10 Mobile and Microsoft’s Lumia 950 or Lumia 950 XL, and wish you could make the text size just a tad bit larger, there’s one setting you should take a look at. You can easily adjust the text size to make the interface better suited to your needs.

It’s a simple process to make your text size bigger. All you have to do is fire open the Settings app (from the notifications, tap on All Settings). Tap on Ease of Access and then tap on More options. From there, you can easily adjust the slider to increase your text scaling size.

The default size is 100%, but you can go all the way up to 200%. This is perfect for those who own a Lumia 950 XL and want to make their text size bigger. 110% is also a great option for those looking for a slightly bigger text size, but not too big.

To recap:

  • Open Settings app
  • Go into Ease of Access
  • Tap on More options
  • Adjust the text scaling slider
