#Computex2014: Taiwan Manufacturer Wistron showcases 6.45-inch Windows Phone

Lots of companies have been bragging about their products at the ongoing Computex event in Taiwan. We heard about the new OEMs for Windows Phone, the announcement of several Windows 8 computers, and now a Taiwanese manufacturer, Wistron, has showcased a giant 6.45-inch Windows Phone.

The 6.45-inch display is full-HD and sports a 1080×1920 screen resolution. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, another plus point, as a majority of the flagship devices are carrying this powerful processor. If that wasn’t enough to grab your attention, it has an aluminum body, with a dedicated camera key (no word on how powerful the camera is) and lacks physical navigation keys. It is running the latest Windows Phone 8.1 OS.

Do take note that this is a reference device – a prototype, if you will. Wistron will be making a similar device based on this build. Though the 6.45-inch display is crucial, it even surpasses the screen size of the company’s Lumia 1320 and 1520 devices from last year.
