Xbox 360 gets update to support larger storage options, view purchase history, and more

According to Major Nelson, Xbox 360 got a new content update that includes a number of new features. As WinBeta reported earlier this month, Xbox 360 users in the Preview Program wanted the option to add larger external storage options and it looks like their dream has finally come true.

The Xbox 360 can now support 2 TB in external storage options and the ability to support two external hard drives at a time. In addition to providing support for larger external storage options, the new content update also adds the ability to view purchase history, see your account balance, and reset your password all on your Xbox 360.

It is great to see the larger external storage support options, especially if you are an Xbox Live Gold member; you can transfer all the Games with Gold that you have accumulated to an external drive to make room for more games in the future.
