Windows Phone App Studio lets you create an app in a couple of hours with no coding

Creating a mobile app for Windows Phone need not be anywhere near as complex as you might think. It also needn’t cost you a fortune as there’s no need to hire a crack team of coders or spend time learning to code for yourself. With Windows Phone App Studio it’s possible to create an app in next to no time, and this is exactly what Holly Shore did for her small business.

Holly runs Integrated Mom, a health site that she was keen to promote with a mobile app. Speaking to the Fire Hose she explained how she was able to create a functioning app in just a couple of hours — although the Windows Blog rather meanly refers to it has having been ‘cobbled together‘.

Using the simple interface of Windows Phone App Studio, creating a simple app is something that can be achieved by just about anyone. It’s a great way to promote a business and there are already 85,000 apps that have been created in this way.

Check out the video below to see what Holly has to say about the app creation process. If you get inspired to put together something of your own, we’d be interested to see what you come up with!
