Windows Insiders can now preview Microsoft Teams on Surface Hub

Microsoft Teams has become the go-to collaboration tool for many organizations, and Microsoft is now getting ready to launch a dedicated Teams app on the Surface Hub interactive whiteboard. As spotted by Aggiornamento Lumia (via Petri.com) Windows Insiders can now preview Microsoft Teams on Surface Hub.

If you’re lucky enough to have a Surface Hub you can preview the app by clicking here. There’s not much to the app at the moment and it is pretty much the usual Microsoft Teams experience, but built for bigger screens. Features on Surface Hub include calling and meeting capabilities, one-touch join, and up to four incoming video streams.

Microsoft recently announced the launch of Surface Hub 2, so the timing of the Teams preview seems very appropriate. Surface Hub 2 is scheduled to launch in 2019, and there’s no word on how long the preview of Teams on Surface Hub will last.
