After rolling out the Windows 10 Redstone 4 build 17134 to Fast Ring Insiders earlier this week, this same build is now available for Insiders in the Slow and Release Preview rings. This build comes with no new features but it fixes some reliability issues that have been discovered in the build 17133.

As we noted yesterday, there is an issue with this build where selecting app defaults crashes the UWP Settings app. The Windows Insider team has since said that it was not “widespread” based on the amount of data available, but it will still interesting to see how the team will address this situation.
It’s still not clear if Windows 10 version 1803 will start rolling out to the general public before the end of the month, but the Windows Insider team still has some time to listen to Insider feedback and fix remaining issues. Let us know in the comments if you encounter any problems after installing the build 17134.
