Windows 10 Mobile users who either lack the luxury of owning multiple smartphone devices or have the self-control to wait out bugs and glitches present in Fast Ring builds, the Windows team has a treat for you. Moments ago, General Manager of OSG Data and Fundamentals for Windows, Gabe Aul tweeted news of Windows 10 Mobile build 10166 going live for Slow Ring Insiders.

While many don’t expect to see, any new Windows 10 mobile builds surface between now and July 29th, the Windows team may yet surprise us.
