Intalio’s CRM solution to enhance Nimbus CSB cloud brokerage offering to CSPs

ENGLEWOOD, Colo., Jan. 11, 2011 – Verecloud (OTCBB:VCLD), which enables communications service providers (CSPs) to capture market share in the emerging cloud computing services business, and Intalio, the Cloud Company, today announced a partnership to include Intalio’s Cloud offering, starting with it’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution, on Verecloud’s Nimbus CSB platform.

This partnership addresses the service demands placed on CSPs within their operational support system (OSS) environment. The integration of Intalio’s cloud based CRM solution into Verecloud’s offerings is one of the many Intalio | Cloud solutions that Verecloud plans to offer to CSPs through its cloud services brokerage model.

The Intalio | CRM solution provides three key features that allow CSPs to seamlessly manage relationships with customers and partners including:

– Next-Generation User Interface – an always-on productivity tool to provide access to vast amounts of information with as few mouse clicks and keystrokes as possible.

– Social Collaboration – built around a social collaboration platform, allows companies to redefine the way they interact with customers and partners within the social computing space.

– Salesforce.com Compatibility – offers both on demand and on premise deployment options while offering an object model and Web Services API that are fully compatible with Salesforce.com.

“We are very pleased to announce this partnership with Verecloud”, said Ismael Chang Ghalimi, Co-founder and chief executive officer of Intalio. “Intalio’s disruptive cloud offering, alongside Verecloud’s expertise and capabilities, presents a real game changer opportunity for Communication Service Providers.”

Verecloud’s Nimbus CSB enables communications service providers to offer new products and services by becoming “cloud services brokers” to their business customers; a business model that requires aggregating and integrating cloud services on a delivery platform that integrates with existing CSP back-office systems. The company designed the platform for major telecommunications providers looking to drive new revenue streams from the cloud computing opportunity.

“Intalio is known for having a strong portfolio of the most in-demand cloud application offerings and solutions, “ said John McCawley, chief executive officer of Verecloud. “Bringing Intalio | CRM solution onto our Nimbus CSB platform, we are able to continue to deliver the most solid cloud solutions in the industry, enabling service providers to drive their business forward.”
