Windows 10 Mobile build 10080 on track for release this week, possibly today

It’s been a while since Microsoft released a new build for Windows 10 for mobile preview, with reports hinting at the availability of the build 10080 to Windows Insiders this week, as tweeted by Microsoft’s Gabriel Aul. However, it seems the wait may come to an end soon as build 10080 looks to be on track for release this week.

@gkapitso @Duc12Minh Well, it’s 10:08PM here in Redmond, so no chance of “today” for us 🙂

Gabriel Aul, Microsoft’s head of Windows Insider, recently responded to a user on Twitter that it’s coming along quite nicely. There are a few bugs related to Live Tiles which needs attention, but they are not too big and users enrolled in the Fast ring Windows Insider won’t mind them. So, we can expect the build to come soon enough, with further tweets hinting at its roll out today for Windows Insiders.

@Typhos666 So far so good. It has a couple of tile layout bugs, but I think the Fast ring crew will not mind those.

Stay tuned, we’ll update you as soon as the build starts rolling out to Windows Insiders Fast ring users.
