If you’re a Windows Insider that opted to Skip Ahead, you might want to keep your eyes peeled for a big Sticky Notes update soon. Noted by Reza Jooyandeh, an Engineering Manager for Microsoft Sticky Notes, a version 3.0 update for the app is coming soon (via MSPoweruser.)

Asides from a picture of a new logo, there are not many details as to what is new in this update, or when it will be coming. Windows Insider head Dona Sarkar seems pretty excited for this release, and Microsoft Watcher Paul Thurrott even suggested that the app might be coming to iOS and Android.

Sticky Notes on Windows 10 has come a very long way, recently picking up a new design, color picker UI, and faster loading times. These features were great, but many are still hoping to see a backup and sync feature added. Best to keep tuned for more, as you never know what could be planned!
