As many of the recent Insider builds have focused on stability and bug fixes, the length of time between Fast and Slow releases of previews has continued to shorten. During the release of the last preview build, a mere four days stood between the traditionally buggy Fast Ring previews and what the more stable Slow Ring Insiders got their hands on.
Now, a mere day after the release of Windows 10 Mobile build 10586.107 was released to the Fast Ring, Slow Ring Insiders are now getting notified of their ability to download the same preview build.
Taking to Twitter and the Windows Blog, Gabe Aul of the Windows team is letting Slow Ring Insiders that the mobile preview build 10586.107 is now up for download in the Update settings.
UPDATE 2/11: Windows 10 Mobile Insider Preview Build 10586.107 is now available to Windows Insiders in the Slow ring. Over the past few Cumulative Updates for Windows 10 Mobile Insider Preview Build 10586, we have addressed feedback we have received from Windows Insiders on the upgrade experience from Windows Phone 8.1 to Windows 10 mobile. If you would like to try the latest update experience out on your device – you can use Windows Device Recovery Tool to go back to Windows Phone 8.1 and then re-enroll your device into receive Windows Insider Preview Builds.”
Again, as the Windows team continues to work on the stability and efficiency of Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile rather than implementing new features, Insiders on both Slow and Fast Rings should see the spacing between build releases shrink.
Slow Ring Insiders, visit your Update settings to grab the latest Windows 10 Mobile Insider preview.
Happy downloading, Insiders!
