Just two days after Microsoft released Windows 10 Insider build 16299.15 to Windows Insiders in the Fast ring, this same build is now available to download for Slow Ring Insiders. Both groups of Windows Insiders are once again on the same page, but we’ll see if Microsoft decides to release more cumulative updates for this build ahead of the official rollout of the Fall Creators Update on October 17.
Heads up #WindowsInsiders we have released Build 16299.15 to the Slow ring! https://t.co/ZnsVsQ7BqO

Windows Insider Chief Dona Sarkar previously said that she would make it clear when the Fall Creators Update reaches “RTM status” (though Microsoft apparently doesn’t like to use “RTM” anymore), but we’re still waiting for an official announcement from the team. We guess we’ll know the major Windows 10 update will be fully baked once it’s available to download on the Release Preview Ring, and this should happen over the next couple of days before October 17.
