Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella is expected to pay a visit to Hyderabad, the executive’s home town in India, next month. The exact details of the date and details of the visit are still not finalized, however, a Telangana government representative told IANS that Nadella will be visiting India in December (via Times of India).
The company will not only visit Microsoft’s India Development center, but he’s also expected to meet Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao and also his Andhra Pradesh counterpart N. Chandrababu Naidu.
This is the second time Nadella is visiting India over the past one year. His first visit to Hyderabad was last year when he met Rao, and also spoke to Naidu over the phone.
The details of his visit are not known, but it’s likely that Microsoft is aiming to expand its operations to Hyderabad, and even to Andhra Pradesh.
It will be interesting to see what he brings to India in the visit next month.
