This morning we laid out the somewhat sorry state of Windows phone, but noted that there still is hope, as Microsoft remains committed to the platform, even as it has seemingly abandoned the Lumia line and any hope of maintaining the still meager market share it held only two years ago.
But there are still Windows phone die hards, I know, I’m one of them, clinging somewhat desperately on to my Lumia 950 XL. There are others out there, too, I’m sure, and even as our numbers are dwindling, the holy grail of a “Surface Phone” still has us hanging on.
