Angry Birds

Angry Birds is one of those games that doesn’t require any introduction. The game received huge success, and was followed by a number of editions of the game. Well, if you happen to be an Angry Birds fan, you should pay a visit to the Windows Phone Store as the popular app has received a decent update with many new challenging levels and power-ups that can boost the abilities of your birds.

The latest update bumps the version to 4.1 and introduces 15 challenging new levels, including the return of the Bomb Bird, which features a devastating shock wave power. This makes the total number of levels to 45 for the Short Fuse episode. Additionally, the latest update also features power-ups that can boost the abilities of the birds. The new power-ups include “Sling Scope for laser targeting, King Sling for maximum flinging power, Super Seeds to supersize your birds, and Birdquake to shake pigs’ defenses to the ground.”

Simply head over to the Windows Phone Store and grab the game for your Windows Phone handset, it costs $0.99. Also let us know if you like the new levels introduced in the game.
