OneNote app for Windows 8.1 gets another update, two weeks after the big one

Microsoft, merely two weeks ago, rolled out a big update for the OneNote app for Windows 8.1. In this update, Microsoft added a host of new features, including a better Share charm integration and the ability to scan a document using Camera Scan.

Today, Microsoft has rolled out another update for the OneNote app, but yet again provided no change log. We are left guessing what is new and what has been improved. Perhaps Microsoft will write up a blog post on the official OneNote website to detail what has been fixed. Microsoft recently did just that with the previous update – offering no change log at first but wrote a blog post hours later talking about the update.

“Microsoft OneNote is your digital notebook for keeping track of what’s important in your life. Jot down your ideas, keep track of classroom and meeting notes, clip from the web, make a to-do list as well as draw and sketch your ideas. OneNote is your one place to capture and organize everything. Whether you’re at home, in the office or on the go, your notes travel with you. They are automatically saved and synced in the cloud, so you always have the latest on all your devices. Share notes with friends and colleagues. Plan vacations, share meeting minutes or lecture notes with people around you,” the app description reads.

Hit the download link below to snag the updated app. Let us know if you notice any new improvements or features.
