OneDrive Personal appears to be inaccessible, with attempts to “View Online” from the OneDrive app timing out. Microsoft is aware of the issue, and says they’ve identified “an API issue within the OneDrive infrastructure” that is impacting users’ abilities to get to the service:
We're working on an issue were some users may be unable to access OneDrive. Our investigation has identified an API issue within the OneDrive infrastructure is causing impact. We're working to identify mitigation actions to remediate impact.
