Nokia Martini Is Rumored To Be The Upcoming Lumia 930 – onmsft.com

Nokia

Earlier this month, a prolific Twitter leaker passed on an interesting piece of information. He tweeted Nokia is working on another Windows Phone 8.1 powered handset codenamed Martini. It’s been few weeks since we heard anything about this mysterious handset, but now the well-connected @evleaks is back with some more information about the purported handset. It’s not as big, but could be one of the missing pieces to the puzzle. He says, Nokia Martini is the upcoming Lumia 930.

This does come as good news for Windows Phone fans, as we might see another high-end handset from the Finns in the coming months. The Nokia Lumia 920 was a very popular handset, and the Lumia 930 could be its successor. We don’t have any clue what it will bring at the table, but a decent set of specifications is not out of the question. Just to speculate, it could be the international version of the Lumia Icon as well, but with Windows Phone 8.1 — you never know.

Nokia is rumored to be working on a number of Windows Phone 8.1 powered handsets, targeting a wider user base — from entry-level to high-end devices. In the last few weeks, we heard quite a lot about the dual-SIM Nokia Lumia 630, as well as Nokia Goldfinger which is expected to be a high-end device with 3D Touch Technology.

As far as the Nokia Lumia 930 is concerned, it could very well be another high-end device that will boast a decent set of specifications. Nokia is rumored to be holding a press event on April 19th where we could see a couple of Windows Phone handsets from the Finnish maker. What do you think about the Nokia Lumia 930?
