It’s now been a week since Microsoft rolled out the Windows 10 Insider PC build 16215 to Windows Insiders on the Fast Ring, and this last one was one of the biggest release we’ve ever seen. Unfortunately, Head of the Windows Insider Program Dona Sarkar tweeted yesterday that there would be no new builds this week as the team is still busy analyzing feedback data.
#WindowsInsiders we are done flighting builds for the week. Have an awesome week! ????

As a reminder, Microsoft did roll out a new mobile build earlier this week, but this latest release from the “feature2” development branch only brought some minor fixes and improvements. More importantly, the Windows Insider team has since stated during its monthly podcast that the mobile OS would stay on this separate development branch and not rejoin the “Redstone 3” branch that is currently exclusive to Windows 10 PCs.
We hope to get new builds to play with next week, but in the meantime don’t forget to take a look at OneDrive on-demand placeholders. The new feature has started to roll out to Windows Insiders running the Windows 10 preview build 16215, and it’s much more useful compared to the previous implementation in Windows 8.1.
