Sorry Windows Insiders, there won’t be a new Redstone 5 build this week. The Windows Insider team has just came back from the Inspire conference in Las Vegas, but that trip isn’t the reason for the delay. While the team didn’t go into too much details today, it looks like they didn’t have a build that reached their quality standards:
The data from Selfhost is in and… we won't have a new Fast ring build this week. We're already on track for a few code changes and are looking forward to next week! pic.twitter.com/tLH6ZBeSXM

Fortunately, the Windows Insider team is already planning some “code changes” and we may well get a new build next week. Following the release of Windows 10 Insider build 17713 a week ago, the team said that we’ve now reached the point where upcoming RS5 builds will mostly bring bug fixes and improvements. Pretty much all of the new features coming in the next major Windows 10 update are now available for Insiders, including various Fluent Design updates, a new Swiftkey-powered touch keyboard, autoplay media settings for Microsoft Edge and more. There could still be some surprises though, so best to keep tuned for more information next week.
