During the preview, Microsoft is inviting users to share their feedback before opening it up to a bigger audience. You can leave your feedback by selecting the Report a problem option in the Skype menu. Compared to the current Skype web app which hasn’t been updated in a long time, the new experience is a refreshing change.
If you have already installed the Windows 10 October 2018 update on your PC, we remind you that this new Skype experience has replaced the previous Skype UWP app, and Skype for Windows 10 also integrates with MyPeople and the Windows 10 Sharing menu. Recently, Microsoft has also started testing Split View Mode with Skype Insiders, bringing Skype for Windows 10 a bit closer to the soon to be deprecated Skype Classic desktop app.
