Late today Microsoft announced that it will be reporting its FY2018 Q1 earnings on October 26th. The fiscal year earnings will be available on Microsoft’s Investor Relations website at the close of the market on October 26th, and a live webcast of the earnings conference call will be available at 2:30 p.m. Pacific Time.
During the earnings call you can expect to hear more from Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella and CFO Amy Hood about how successful the certain divisions within Microsoft have been, including Cloud, Surface, Xbox, and Windows. The performance of the Surface division will probably be a topic of interest, especially following comments from industry execs suggesting that it’s not making money.
