As with most in-person events in 2020, The Consumer Technology Association (CTA) alongside Microsoft is announcing an effort to take the Consumer Electronics Expo digital.

According to the Official Microsoft Blog, Microsoft and the CTA are partnering to transition CES into its first-ever, all-digital event scheduled for January 11 through 14, 2020.

For now, the details of how Microsoft plans to implement its digital-first strategy to help CES 2021 are vague.  However, having already produced a dozen major digital company events, hosting fan and user engagement for the NBA finals, and the current NFL season as well as several events for iHeartMedia, the company has more than enough experience and scale to leverage for CES 2021.
