Microsoft Reveals New Games With Gold For May 2021

As April is coming to a close, Microsoft has just announced the May Games with Gold lineup for Xbox Live Gold subscribers. The first two games to be available on May 1 are the digital role-playing strategy game Armello, which was released on Xbox One back in August 2016. It will be joined by the Xbox 360 game Lego Batman, which follows many other Lego games that were previously offered to Xbox Live Gold members.

Two other Games with Gold titles will be available on May 16 with the dungeon building title Dungeons 3, as well as the Xbox 360 title Tropico 4. Overall, these four games represent $79.96 in value and 4000 in Gamerscore, and you get a more detailed overview in the video below.

Even though Microsoft dropped the Xbox Live Gold requirement for free to play games on Xbox last week, the subscription service is not going away. Xbox Live Gold will continue to offer weekly deals, free Games with Gold titles every month, plus regular access to Free Play Days weekends for select games. The service is now included for free with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, which also offers Xbox Game Pass for PC and access to the EA Play catalog for $14.99/month.
