Just a few days after an initial release to the fast ring, Microsoft has pushed out build 17074.1002 to the slow ring. This build essentially is the same as fast ring build 17074 released last week, but with some additional fixes. Build 17074.1002 now replaces build 17025 from three months ago as the latest Slow Ring build.

As we previously noted, build 17074.1002 addressed the previous block affecting AMD PCs and also fixed the issue causing certain devices to hang on the boot screen after upgrading if virtualization is enabled in the BIOS. More importantly, Slow Ring Insiders can finally enjoy all the new features of build 17074, including enhancements to Microsoft Edge, revamped Windows Internationalization, settings changes, and more.
