Windows Store

For those of you who are Windows Store app developers, Microsoft has launched a new blog catered to those who build apps for Windows 8 and Windows RT. Microsoft plans on using this blog to offer various news and guidance on app creation and app selling.

“This is your one stop shop for everything related to developing and selling apps for Windows. In addition, this blog is an important part of our commitment to transparency into all aspects of the Windows Store, including important policy changes and explanations,” Microsoft stated in an official blog post.

Microsoft is planning on condensing the Windows Store for developers blog and the Windows 8 app developer blog into one blog called Windows App Builder blog. This is all part of the upcoming release of Windows 8.1 Preview, set for June 26th. Microsoft wants a single source for app developers to get all the information they need about creating and selling apps in the Windows Store.

Hit the source link to check out the blog. Don’t forget to bookmark it!
