Nokia launches Treasure Tag in India for Rs 2,100

Alongside the launch of Lumia 630, Microsoft has also announced the Nokia Treasure Tag. The matchbox-sized device that helps you track your keys and other items that are clipped onto it is now available for Rs 2,100 ($35).

For those who aren’t familiar with it, Treasure Tag is a small device that can be paired to your phone using Bluetooth or NFC. It can then be clipped on to a wallet, keys or any other belonging, and it will then make it easy for you to locate them. In case the tag is lost or away from the specified area, you can have the phone notify you as well.

A Lumia device can be connected to up to four Treasure Tag(s), and all the operations can be managed from its application. It uses a replaceable coin cell battery for power, one of which can last to about six months. Tags are available in White, Black, Yellow and Cyan colors.
