Today, Microsoft announced the first availability of the release version of the Windows 10 November 2021 Update, along with news that Windows 10 will shift to a once per year update cycle, mirroring what’s already been announced for Windows 11.

But along with that, there’s some good news for Windows 11 users, too. Based on “the positive rollout update experience and user feedback we have seen to date,” Microsoft also announced that it was speeding up the pace of the Windows 11 rollout “faster than we previously anticipated.” Microsoft announced the release of Windows 11 on October 4th, 2021, and back on October 28th, announced they were expanding the rollout.

If you haven’t already upgraded to Windows 11 on an eligible device, and haven’t yet been offered the update, that may change for you soon.
