Lumia 525

Lumia 525 is another version of the best-selling Windows Phone handset, the Lumia 520, but it comes with one major change: it comes with 1GB of RAM on board. The handset went on sale in selected Asian and Middle East markets not too long ago.

If you’re rocking the Lumia 525, you be glad to find out the Lumia Cyan update is rolling out for the handset in a few regions, including Cambodia, China and Malaysia. The handset is also available in several other countries in the region, but it still lists the status as “under testing” for the Lumia 525.

If you’re based in any of the above-mentioned countries, go to Settings on your device and check for the update manually — if you can’t don’t get it in the coming days. If you’re running the developers preview, make sure you downgrade to Windows Phone 8 using Nokia’s recovery tool if you want to get update.
