India: Xolo planning on launching the lightest Windows Phone in early July

Xolo is one of India’s premium smart device brand. They launched a range of products including mobile phones and tablets in early 2012. Xolo is now taking a step further and have planned to launch world’s lightest Windows Phone in early July.

This phone will be a part of the company’s Win series and will run on Windows Phone 8.1. The device is reportedly not expensive at all. The company is expected to price it at around Rs 12,000. Weighing a little under 100 grams, this could definitely be one of the most lightest Windows Phone. Spec wise, it reportedly has a 4.7-inch screen and will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 200-8212 quad-core processor.

The details are not confirmed though. According to Times of India, “A Xolo spokesperson, however, refused to confirm the details, saying the company did not want to discuss its under-development phones or the launch road map.”
